Raw Material Inspection
From the beginning of fabric procurement to production, we will strictly check every step, including the weight of the fabric, color, and whether there are stains and so on.
Cutting Detection
We use an advanced automated cutting machine to ensure the exact size of the design and maintain the machine regularly.
Sewing Inspection
Sewing is a crucial step in garment making. We will check the goods at least three times during the production process, before, during and after production.
Accessory Printing Inspection Measure
We will be in strict accordance with customer requirements to customize the accessories, will communicate with customers printing details and processes. Start the production of the bulk after confirming everything.
Finished Product Quality Inspection
After the completion of production, we will carry out a comprehensive sampling inspection of the product. Including size, accessories, quality, and packaging.
